Tool Dashboard

Open the Tool Dashboard by pressing the icon next to the SPIN device on the Workcell / Custom Devices tab. The Tool Dashboard can be accessed both in programming and running mode. You can create a shortcut to the Tool Dashboard on the Teach Pendant by dragging the icon to one of the 3 short cut slots on the top left of the screen.

The Tool Dashboard is a quick way to access common features of the system.

Connectivity

The current connectivity status of the Spin Bridge and tool is shown at the top of the Tool Dashboard.

Manual Bit Changing

The Lock bit and Release bit buttons are used to manually replace the bit in the tool.

Resetting Errors

The Reset error button is used to acknowledge errors on the Spin Bridge and tool.

Note

Not all errors can be reset using this button.

Homing the Safety Shield

The Do homing button is used to home the safety shield. This is required after the safety shield has been moved manually.
